Refund and Corrections Policy

We do not provide Refund.  However, we accept returns with valid reasons and proof that the item/items received are not as described or damaged with proof of clear pictures upon receipt of items. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 72 hours if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged item after sending a proof that it is indeed a damaged item when received, client can choose not to return it so he/she can save the burden of cost of returning the damaged item and we will just process the shipment of the new one. In the case of the item received not as described, please return the item within 7 working days after receipt in it's original boxes. Please make sure to include all the papers and authenticity cards that's originally included in the original box/boxes. We will immediately process the new and the correct item and we will ship to you with no charges after we received the return item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as luxury custom home furniture or special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
